MYSA Player Refund Policy


Acceptance or registration on a MYSA team or program confirms a player’s commitment to the team, program, and Club and the fees associated with membership for a full year. Refunds will not be provided due to weather. We do our best to reschedule and play as many games as possible each season.



Players who choose to withdraw from the Academy or Classic team for reasons other than relocation will not be eligible for a refund and will be responsible for completing any remaining payments owed through the installment plan. Permission to re-roster with another club will not be granted until all MYSA club dues have been paid. 


Relocation

If a player relocates more than 50 miles from Mebane, a portion of the club dues would be considered to be refunded once documentation of such relocation has been submitted to the Club’s Executive Director.


Player Guesting

If a player is wanting to guest with another team, they must be current with the club dues in order for the MYSA registrar to complete the guest form.
